RebDolls Remix: One Purchase, Three Looks

Charisma checking in, with another One Purchase, 3 Looks set split up. sponsored by RebDolls (crop top and mini skirt set, "Welcome to the Jungle").  I usually choose a 1X in RebDolls clothing, to ensure a form-hugging fit, and it works for me and my particular curves. However, this particular set is created from a supportive, heavy weight (unlined) Lycra material, & doesn't have the extra coverage a midi skirt would, so I sized up to a 2X. I found this to be very necessary. As much as I love a two-piece matching set, the opposing combination of all 3 neutral colors + the wild print is what really captured my interest. For me, this is an ideal transitional piece for an unapologetic Florida girl in September.

Jungle in the Workplace

What if I told you, you could wear a red leather, leopard, crop top combination to your corporate place of employment, and still look "presentable"? (Whatever that means). Pulling off a crop top at work is merely a high-waist bottom away. I admire that this crop top has an extremely high neckline (no cleavage) and quarter sleeves, that's enough to make it Business Casual in my world. I opted for my red leather midi skater just to bring some color & life to the ensemble and kept accessories simple. I'm not one to wear solids and neutrals everyday to work, for the sake of making others comfortable/ fitting in. This is MY ideal business casual.

Lunch in the Jungle

For look #2, I relied on my Renee Olivia Scuba bodysuit to do the styling. This body suit can also be taken from Summer to Fall as it doubles as swimwear. Being created from  swimsuit material gives it extra support (no shapewear) and the full zipper down the front gives you full control of your "sexy". Everyone needs a bodysuit! Whether in the pool, or underneath a leather jacket, this one's it!

Jungle Chillin'

Contrary to belief, my Vans are my favorite shoes of the entire (large) collection. One cozy Summer has been the motto for months right? Comfort is like my outfit foundation these days. I definitely wanted to wear my set together, but with the combination of my peeping stomach and a mini skirt AND heels, I felt a little over the top. So I swapped my nude platforms for sneakers. When you're "extra" like myself, and always "overdressed", you have to actually learn to dress practically (especially while running errands in the FL heat). Doesn't mean you have to look practical and drab though. Amen?
