Sometimes is not WHAT you use, but HOW you use it. Here is the way to properly wash your hair & scalp. These steps apply for any hair type & will ultimately allow for maximum results in your shampooing routine.
1. Oil Your Scalp Before Washing:
It may seem really strange to add more product to your hair just before washing, but doing a pre-wash scalp treatment can help lift dirt and stubborn dandruff flakes. It works particularly well for those with scalp dermatitis.
2. Employ a Paddle Brush:
Stimulate your scalp by using a paddle brush in a circular motion while shampooing. It feels pretty good.
3. The 3-Wash Rule:
The first wash simply lifts dirt. The second wash removes dirt from the hair, and the third wash infuses your hair with the shampoo’s nutrients and conditioning agents.
POST WASH: After washing, be sure to condition tresses with a leave in conditioner that is cream based & lightweight. Mix it with a little JCBO, and you'll fall in LOVE with your hair's overall luster, strength, and shine!
