Being a style blogger here in Tampa, I've noticed quality showcases of hair, fashion, and other artistic elements are really far and few between compared to other locations up north and out west that have a plethora of options. With that being said, I am absolutely thrilled to be attending the Beauty in the Arts presentation this weekend (locally). Natural Essence, a premiere movement in the Tampa Bay area that instills
vision, a flair for fashion and cutting edge hair artistry, is hosting their second
Annual Hair & Fashion Show this Saturday, June 20, 2015.
“Beauty in the Arts” consists of an original exhibition of industry hair,
makeup, fashion and performing arts experts, with an introduction to some
fresh, extraordinary talent as well. This remarkable collaboration will be held
(once again) at Ybor City’s historic Ritz Theatre. Always topping industry norms,
their debut show last year sold out and left the crowd captivated and yearning
for more. Saturday will be the encore!
Come experience an evening of inspired artistry. The leading design teams
of Natural Essence, Exclusive Clientele and MOETOWNS Barbershop, promises no
less than the unveiling of a cast of celebrity stylists, hair/ fashion models,
profound dance, spoken word, and musical performances.
Hosted by international, Hip Hop/Soul artist, Dynasty (“Ya Girl DY”), the
night will launch with a searing pre-show lineup: soul R&B artist Trumaine
Lamar, with a special guest performance by celebrity producer and hip-hop
artist, Jinx.
General admission includes a Cocktail Mingle including complimentary hors
d’oeuvres, networking, and a vendor showcase. VIP guests enjoy private balcony
seating, complimentary food and drinks, and sponsor Swag Bags.
A portion of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Tampa
Heights Junior Civic Association (THJCA). This community-based organization was
created to connect youth and families in the community, provide youth the
opportunities to build leadership skills, and build civic involvement through mentoring,
caring, and support. Help to secure the resources needed to respond to THJCA’s identified
needs this Saturday evening. You do not want to miss this exceptional
